Social Mobilization and Networking Unit, located at

WHAT IS SCHOOL NEEDS DATA SYSTEM (SNDS)
it is a web-based partnership system that serves as an information hub reflecting all the needs of the schools/LCs based in their respective ESIP/AIP.
SCHOOL NEEDS DATA GOAL
- Strengthen public-private partnership to generate continuous support that is responsive to the needs of the learners.
OUR OBJECTIVES
a. Strengthen the network of partners through a digitally-driven system;
b. Provide stakeholders with a wide range of opportunity to support our schools;
c. Fortify the partnership advocacy campaign of the Schools Division Office;
d. Monitor partnership initiatives entered into by public schools/LCs and its stakeholders;
e. Capture relevant information on partnership at the school level to strategically address resource gaps;
f. Implement effectively the equitable delivery of basic education resources;
g. Ensure that stakeholders are working along with the plans indicated in the SIP/AIP; and
h. Ensure transparency in the utilization of funds coming from different sources.
WHAT CAN SNDS DO?
a. Provide stakeholders with a clear picture of the educational needs of the School/District/Division;
b. Track utilization of funds coming from MOOE, PTA, IGP, School Canteen, SEF, National Funded Programs & Projects and other sources to support the accomplishment of the AIP;
c. Consolidate generated resources at School/District/ Division level through partnership;
d. Consolidate stakeholders’ profile;
e. Monitor partnership initiatives entered into by public schools/LCs and its stakeholders;
f. Provides relevant information that aids in conducting Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, & Monitoring & Evaluation (QATAME);
g. Serves as a feedback mechanism between the school and stakeholders – (i.e., the status of the program & progress report).
